Additional In-Person Meeting Details:

  • Plan to arrive at 7:30am each morning to sign in at the registration table near the entrance to the Bellsouth Auditorium.
  • Monday and Tuesday meeting sessions include continental breakfast, break refreshments and lunch.
  • Reception for general meeting registrants will be held in the Madren Conference Center, Ballrooms A-B on November 6th from 5:00-7:00pm.
  • Industry Career Fair will take place in the Madren Conference Center, Grand Hallway and will be open to graduate and undergraduate students on November 6th from 5:00-7:00 pm.

     

Parking Instructions:
    • James F. Martin Inn guest and Madren Conference Center visitor parking spaces are located directly in front of their respective entrances and parking is free of charge.

Registration Policy:

CAPER Policy requires all attendees, including invited speakers and sponsors to register.  Registrations are non-refundable.

CAPER Career Fair Announcement!

CAPER will be hosting an industry career fair on November 6th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Madren Conference Center, Grand Hallway.  This is a separate registration from the general meeting and is required to host an industry table.  There will be free entry to graduate and undergraduate students.  Industry table host fees are as follows:

(Each table registration includes up to two industry representatives from the same company.)

  • CAPER Members – Free (1-2 hosts allowed/per table)
  • CAPER Non-Members – $299 (1-2 hosts allowed/per table), $350 after October 23rd deadline.
  • One table and 1-2 chairs provided per industry host
  • Table hosts will have access to the CAPER reception which will be held in the Madren Conference Center, Ballrooms A-B.
  • Table hosts are required to maintain stationed areas and leave tables free of debris/trash per conference center guidelines.
